Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh shredded Parmesan
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- ½ teaspoon anchovy paste
- ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
- fresh pepper to taste
- 8 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and mix with approximately 4 cups of romaine lettuce. Top with additional Parmesan cheese. Serves 2 people. |
