Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh shredded Parmesan
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • ½ teaspoon anchovy paste
  • ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • fresh pepper to taste
  • 8 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil

Directions

Mix all ingredients together and mix with approximately 4 cups of romaine lettuce. Top with additional Parmesan cheese. Serves 2 people.
