Ingredients
- 1 large egg
- ½ teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- ¼ teaspoon Kosher salt
- 2 canned anchovy fillets
- 2 cloves garlc
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon EVOO
- 1 tablespoon water
Directions
1. Place egg in small bowl and cover with boiling water. Let stand one minute. Rinse egg with cold water; break into small bowl. |
2. Combine pepper, salt, fillets and garlic in a mini food processor, process until minced. Add egg and juice; process one more minute. Gradually add oil and water, processing until blended. |
