Ingredients

  • 1 large egg
  • ½ teaspoon fresh ground pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 2 canned anchovy fillets
  • 2 cloves garlc
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon EVOO
  • 1 tablespoon water

Directions

1. Place egg in small bowl and cover with boiling water. Let stand one minute. Rinse egg with cold water; break into small bowl.
2. Combine pepper, salt, fillets and garlic in a mini food processor, process until minced. Add egg and juice; process one more minute. Gradually add oil and water, processing until blended.
