Ingredients
- 2 romaine hearts, cut in half
- ¼ cup Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, freshly grated
- 2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
- ½ teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic-grated
- ½ tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- homemade croutons if desired
Directions
For the dressing, combine all the ingredients with the exception of the lettuce and croutons. Heat grill, spray with non-stick cooking spray. Grill the lettuce, cut side down for 4-5 minutes. Remove from grill. Drizzle with dressing, top with croutons extra shaved cheese if desired. |
