Ingredients
- ½ cup beer
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- ½ teaspoon oregano
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 16 ounces refried beans
- ½ cup chunky hot salsa
- 16 ounces Velveeta Cheese, cubed
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Directions
Combine beer, cumin, oregano and garlic powder in saucepan. Bring to simmer. Add beans and salsa; stir and heat through. Add cheese; stir until melted. Add cilantro and serve with tortilla chips. |
