Ingredients

  • ½ cup beer
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • ½ teaspoon oregano
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 16 ounces refried beans
  • ½ cup chunky hot salsa
  • 16 ounces Velveeta Cheese, cubed
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Directions

Combine beer, cumin, oregano and garlic powder in saucepan. Bring to simmer. Add beans and salsa; stir and heat through. Add cheese; stir until melted. Add cilantro and serve with tortilla chips.
