Ingredients

  • 1 rotisserie chicken, boned and chopped
  • 2 celery stalks, finely chopped
  • ½ cup carrots, chopped
  • 2 cups crumbled blue cheese
  • cup Buffalo wing sauce
  • 12 dinner rolls, split

Directions

Mix together chicken, celery, carrots, blue cheese, and wing sauce in a 9x13 baking dish.
Bake the mixture in a 400° oven for about 20 minutes. Spoon hot mixture into rolls and serve.
