Ingredients
- 1 rotisserie chicken, boned and chopped
- 2 celery stalks, finely chopped
- ½ cup carrots, chopped
- 2 cups crumbled blue cheese
- ⅔ cup Buffalo wing sauce
- 12 dinner rolls, split
Directions
Mix together chicken, celery, carrots, blue cheese, and wing sauce in a 9x13 baking dish. Bake the mixture in a 400° oven for about 20 minutes. Spoon hot mixture into rolls and serve. |
