Ingredients
- 12 or 2 pounds chicken wings
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- ¼ cup flour
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 3 teaspoons red pepper sauce
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- celery/blue cheese dip
Directions
Heat oven to 425°. Melt 2 tablespoons in 13x9x2 pan. Coat chicken in flour, shake off extra flour. Place in pan. Bake uncovered 20 minutes, turn chicken. Bake uncovered 10-12 minutes longer. Mix one tablespoon butter, vinegar, pepper sauce and salt in large bowl until blended. Add chicken and toss. Serve with celery and blue cheese. |
