Ingredients

  • ¾ cup milk
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 2 ½ Tablespoon flour
  • 1 cup Cheese Whiz
  • 4 cups potatoes-diced, cooked and cooled

Directions

Heat milk. Combine flour and butter and stir into milk to make a slightly thicker than medium white sauce. Stir in Cheez Whiz until well blended. Put potatoes in a greased 8x8 baking pan. Pour sauce over potatoes and bake at 400° for about 10 minutes.
