Ingredients

  • 1 large avocado
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon juice, plus 2 teaspoons
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • ¼ cup EVOO
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • ¾ teaspoon salt

Directions

Combine all in a processor. Adjust seasoning if needed. For Mexican salad use lettuce, corn chips-crushed, Mexican cheese blend, black beans, and green onions.
