Ingredients
- 1 large avocado
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice, plus 2 teaspoons
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- ¼ cup EVOO
- 2 garlic cloves
- ¾ teaspoon salt
Directions
Combine all in a processor. Adjust seasoning if needed. For Mexican salad use lettuce, corn chips-crushed, Mexican cheese blend, black beans, and green onions. |
