Ingredients

  • ½ pound sliced prosciutto
  • 4 ounces Neufchatel cheese, softened
  • 12 pieces fresh asparagus

Directions

Spread prosciutto slices with the cheese. Wrap slices around 3 spears. Arrange wrapped spears on a baking sheet. Bake at 450° for approximately 15 minutes.
