Ingredients

  • 1 gallon apple cider
  • ½ gallon apple juice
  • 10 cinnamon sticks
  • 2 ¾ cups sugar
  • 1 750 bottle of Everclear

Directions

Boil together the cider, juice and cinnamon sticks. Remove from heat and stir in the sugar. Cool completely. Add the Everclear and refrigerate 4-5 days before serving.
