Ingredients
- 8 Honeycrisp apples, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup sugar
- ¼ cup flour
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- grated rind of 1/2 lemon
- Topping
- 1 cup flour
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
Directions
Combine topping ingredients, cut in butter until crumbly. Mix the first six ingredients and pour into a 9x13 greased pan. Top with topping mixture. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Serve with cream or ice cream |
