Ingredients
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 egg
- 2 egg yolks
- 3-4 Tablespoon water
- 1 Tablespoon oil
Directions
Place flour and salt on board. Make a well in center and add egg, egg yolks, 3 tablespoons water and oil to well. Mix with fingers. Gradually add enough water to make a stiff dough that can be kneaded. Knead on floured board until dough is smooth. Divide in half. Roll each to very thin pieces. Let dry 30 minutes. Cut noodles and dry them well before using. Makes approximately 3/4 of a pound. |
