Ingredients
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ½-1 teaspoon Kosher salt
- fresh ground pepper, to taste
- 8-9 ounces fettuccine, noodles
- 3 ounces white Tuffle butter
- 3 ounces freshly grated Parmesan
- chopped green onion
Directions
Heat cream over very low heat to a simmer, add tuffle butter, salt and pepper. Add cooked noodles and top with fresh Parmesan cheese that has been cut with a vegetable peeler. Top with green onion or chives. |
