Ingredients

  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ½-1 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • fresh ground pepper, to taste
  • 8-9 ounces fettuccine, noodles
  • 3 ounces white Tuffle butter
  • 3 ounces freshly grated Parmesan
  • chopped green onion

Directions

Heat cream over very low heat to a simmer, add tuffle butter, salt and pepper. Add cooked noodles and top with fresh Parmesan cheese that has been cut with a vegetable peeler. Top with green onion or chives.
