Ingredients
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 ¾ cups milk
- ½ cup cooking oil
- 1 ¾ cups flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 egg whites
Directions
1. In small mixing bowl, beat egg yolks with fork. Beat in milk and oil. In large mixing bowl, stir together flour baking powder and salt. Add egg mixture to flour mixture all at once. Stir mixture until blended but still slightly lumpy. |
2. In small bowl beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Carefully fold egg whites into egg-flour mixture. Leave a few fluffs of egg white. Do NOT over mix. |
3. Grease the waffle maker. Preheat waffle maker and pour batter in when heated. Cook until golden brown. |
