Ingredients

  • ¼ cup minced green onion
  • ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ cup white balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons ground black pepper
  • ¾ cup vegetable oil

Directions

In medium bowl, combine onion, juice, vinegar, mustard, parsley, salt and pepper. Gradually add oil, whisking until combined.
