Ingredients
- ⅓ cup white wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoons shallots, minced
- 3 tablespoons fresh parsley, basil and/or tarragon
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 cup EVOO
Directions
Combine all ingredients in blender without the oil. Once blended, drizzle in oil through the top. |
