Ingredients

  • cup white wine vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons shallots, minced
  • 3 tablespoons fresh parsley, basil and/or tarragon
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 cup EVOO

Directions

Combine all ingredients in blender without the oil. Once blended, drizzle in oil through the top.
