Ingredients

  • 1 German cake mix, made to directions
  • 14 ounces Kraft carmels, unwrapped
  • ¾ cup butter
  • ½ cup evaporated milk
  • ¾ cup chopped pecans, omit if not a nut fan
  • 6-12 ounces chocolate chips

Directions

Make cake to box directions, put 1/2 batter in 9x13 pan that was greased and floured. Bake for 15 minutes at 350°. Melt together carmels, butter and milk. Pour over cake, top with the remaining batter. Top with pecans and choc chips. Bake 1/2 hour at 350°.
