Ingredients
- 4-5 tomatoes, wedged
- feta cheese, sliced-good quality
- arugula
- wine vinegar
- olive oil
- Greek oregano
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
Directions
On a platter, arrange arugula leaves on the outside each. Work in toward the center with the tomato wedges. In the center, put the sliced cheese. Drizzle with vinegar, oil, oregano, salt and pepper. |
