Ingredients

  • 2 avacadoes, pitted, peeled, and chopped
  • 1 cup tomatillos, husked and chopped
  • 1 cup spinach
  • ½ cup cilantro, chopped
  • ¼ cup cold water
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 jalapeno, chopped
  • 1 scallions, chopped
  • salt to taste

Directions

Pulse together avocados, tomatillos, spinach, cilantro, water, lime juice, jalapeno, and scallion in food processor until slightly chunky; season with salt.
