Ingredients
- 2 avacadoes, pitted, peeled, and chopped
- 1 cup tomatillos, husked and chopped
- 1 cup spinach
- ½ cup cilantro, chopped
- ¼ cup cold water
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 jalapeno, chopped
- 1 scallions, chopped
- salt to taste
Directions
Pulse together avocados, tomatillos, spinach, cilantro, water, lime juice, jalapeno, and scallion in food processor until slightly chunky; season with salt. |
