Ingredients

  • 3-5 bonesless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 in pcs
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 cup cornstarch
  • 2 eggs-beaten
  • cup canola oil
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 4 tablespoons ketchup
  • ½ cup vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt

Directions

Salt and pepper the chicken. Cover with egg, then cornstarch. Cook in oil.

For sauce, mix all together and use with the chicken in the wok. Could add onion, carrot and pineapple chunks.
