Ingredients

  • ¼ cup sun-dried tomatoes, in oil-drained/chopped (8)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup mayonnaise, good quality
  • 10 dashes hot pepper sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • ¾ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 scallions (white and green parts), thinly sliced

Directions

In food processor fitted with a metal blade, puree tomatoes, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, hot-pepper sauce, salt and pepper. Add scallions and pulse twice. Serve with crackers or fresh vegetables.
