Ingredients
- ¼ cup sun-dried tomatoes, in oil-drained/chopped (8)
- 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup mayonnaise, good quality
- 10 dashes hot pepper sauce
- 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
- ¾ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 scallions (white and green parts), thinly sliced
Directions
In food processor fitted with a metal blade, puree tomatoes, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, hot-pepper sauce, salt and pepper. Add scallions and pulse twice. Serve with crackers or fresh vegetables. |
