Ingredients

  • 1 package strawberry jello, 4 serving size
  • cup boiling water
  • ½ cup cold water
  • ice cubes
  • 12 ounces cool whip
  • 1 cup strawberries, chopped
  • graham cracker crust

Directions

1. Stir boiling water and jello for at least 2 minutes. Mix cold water and ice to make 1 1/4 cups. Add to gelatin, stirring until slight thickened. Remove any remaining ice.
2. Stir in cool whip with whisk until smooth. Add fruit. Pour into shell and chill for at least 6 hours or over night.
