Ingredients
- 1 quart strawberries, hulled and sliced
- ¼ cup sugar
- ¼ cup water
- lemon, zested and juiced
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
Directions
In a saucepan, combine the berries, sugar, water, lemon zest and juice, and cornstarch. Bring to a simmer and whisk gently until mixture thickens slightly. |
