Ingredients
- 3 cups broccoli, florets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into one inch strips
- ¼ cup green onions, sliced
- 4 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili paste
- 1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
- ½ teaspoon ground ginger
- ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 4 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup chicken stock
Directions
Steam broccoli for 5 minutes, keeping it firm. Heat oil and saute chicken, green onions, and garlic until chicken is done. Stir in hoisin, chili paste, and soy sauce. Season with spices. Add chicken stock and simmer 2 minutes. Mix in the broccoli. |
