Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 cup rice
- ½ cup chopped green bell pepper
- ⅓ cup chopped onion
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 10 ounces can of chopped tomato with green chilies
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
Directions
Heat oil and saute rice, onion and green pepper. Add remaining ingredients, cover and simmer 20-30 minutes |
