Ingredients
- 1 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 cup finely chopped gr pepper
- 5-6 minced garlic cloves
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 30 ounces tomato sauce
- 30 ounces tomato paste
- 2 28oz ea crushed tomates
- ⅛ cup sugar
- ⅓ cup parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon crushed red pepper
- 2 teaspoons basil-dry
- 4 tablespoons parsley
- 2 teaspoons salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ¼ teaspoon oregano leaves
Directions
1. In olive oil, saute onion and pepper. (If adding Italian sausage links to sauce, brown first and then add onion and pepper. Add garlic and saute one minute. Add remaining ingredients, simmer several hours. Stir frequently and use defuser on the burner so not to burn the sauce. |

3. 1 pound gr beef |
4. 1 cup bread crumbs |
5. 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese |
6. 1 tablespoon dried parsley |
7. 1 clove of garlic minced |
8. 2 tablespoons of onion minced |
9. 1/2 cup milk |
10. 2 eggs-beaten |
11. 1 1/2 teas salt |
12. 1/4 teas pepper |
13. Combine all ingredients. Can bake in the oven or microwave 9 minutes on a plate covered with wax paper. |
