Ingredients

  • 9 ounces soba noodles
  • 8 ounces sugar snap peas
  • 3 tablespoons dark sesame oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh ginger root, grated
  • ¼ cup rice vinegar
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 teaspoons Mirin (sweet sake)
  • ½ teaspoon hot chili oil
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • ¼ cup water
  • scallions

Directions

Heat wok, add oil, garlic and ginger. Add peas and saute 1-2 minutes. Add vinegar, honey, Mirin, hot chili oil, peanut butter, thin with the water. Garnish with scallions.
