Ingredients
- 9 ounces soba noodles
- 8 ounces sugar snap peas
- 3 tablespoons dark sesame oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh ginger root, grated
- ¼ cup rice vinegar
- ¼ cup honey
- 2 teaspoons Mirin (sweet sake)
- ½ teaspoon hot chili oil
- ½ cup peanut butter
- ¼ cup water
- scallions
Directions
Heat wok, add oil, garlic and ginger. Add peas and saute 1-2 minutes. Add vinegar, honey, Mirin, hot chili oil, peanut butter, thin with the water. Garnish with scallions. |
