Ingredients
- 1 cup diced celery
- ½ cup chopped onion
- 1 pound ground beef
- 8 ounces tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons catsup
- ½ teaspoon chili powder
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
Directions
Saute beef, onion, and celery until fully cooked. Drain. Return to pan, add remaining ingredients. Simmer 20 minutes. Serve in buns. |
