Ingredients

  • 1 cup diced celery
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 8 ounces tomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoons catsup
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch

Directions

Saute beef, onion, and celery until fully cooked. Drain. Return to pan, add remaining ingredients. Simmer 20 minutes. Serve in buns.
