Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp-shelled-deveined
  • cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 lemon-juice and zest
  • 1 lime-zest of
  • 1 teaspoon chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 3 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • ¼ cup coconut milk
  • ¼ cup cilantro, chopped

Directions

Marinate shrimp in sweet chili sauce, lemon juice/zest, lime zest, chili sauce, fish sauce, garlic and sugar for 10-30 minutes.
Heat pan over medium heat. Add the shrimp and the marinade and the coconut milk, and simmer until the shrimp are cooked, approximately 2-3 minutes.
Remove from heat and mix in cilantro.
