Ingredients
- 1 pound short ribs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 tablespoon EVOO
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 onion-sliced
- 1 clove garlic-grated
- 12 ounces stout beer
- 1 cup beef broth
Directions
Season the ribs with salt and pepper. Dip in flour. Heat EVOO and butter over medium high heat. Add ribs and brown all sides, 5 minutes per side. Remove ribs, add onion and garlic, saute until tender. Add the ribs, beer and broth. Simmer 2 hours until tender. |
