Ingredients

  • ½ cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1.5 teaspoons sesame oil
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 2 pkgs ramen noodles, discard flavoring
  • ½ cup sliced almonds
  • 1 cup shelled edamame-thawed
  • 12 ounces coleslaw mix
  • 2 cups shredded purple cabbage
  • ½ cup matchstick carrots
  • 1 bunch scallions, chopped
  • ¼ cup cilantro leaves, chopped
  • 15 ounces mardarin oranges, drained

Directions

Combine the dressing ingredients. Break up the noodles and place on a cookie sheet with the almonds. Toast in a 425° oven for about 5 minutes. Cool. Combine all the other ingredients and add dressing before serving.
