Ingredients
- ½ cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1.5 teaspoons sesame oil
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 2 pkgs ramen noodles, discard flavoring
- ½ cup sliced almonds
- 1 cup shelled edamame-thawed
- 12 ounces coleslaw mix
- 2 cups shredded purple cabbage
- ½ cup matchstick carrots
- 1 bunch scallions, chopped
- ¼ cup cilantro leaves, chopped
- 15 ounces mardarin oranges, drained
Directions
Combine the dressing ingredients. Break up the noodles and place on a cookie sheet with the almonds. Toast in a 425° oven for about 5 minutes. Cool. Combine all the other ingredients and add dressing before serving. |
