Ingredients
- ½ cup shortening
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- ¼ cup milk
- 1 ½ cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 ⅔ cups quick oatmeat
Directions
Cream together sugar and shortening. Add eggs, one at a time. Gently mix in dry ingredients. Fold in raisins and oats. Bake at 375° on GREASED cookie sheets for 8-10 minutes. Cool on sheets for 5 minutes, then transfer to cooling racks. |
