Ingredients

  • 3-4 pounds potatoes, peeled, cubed, cooked
  • 8 ounces softened cream cheese
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 8 tablespoons butter
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

Drain cooked potatoes and combine all the remaining ingredients except the cheddar cheese. Put in 9 x 13 glass baking dish. Top with cheese. Cover and bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Uncover and continue to bake for an additional 15 minutes. Serves 8-10 people.
