Ingredients

  • baking potatoes
  • olive oil
  • butter
  • sea salt
  • pepper

Directions

Wash potatoes and leave the peels on. Cut potatoes approximately 1/4 thick, not all the way through. Stop just before the bottom on the potato. Drizzle with oil and butter. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake at 425° for 40 minutes.
