Ingredients

  • 8 cups pealed & sliced potatoes
  • ¼ cup chopped onion
  • 1 can cr.of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cr.of celery soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper

Directions

Spread 4 cups potatoes in greased casserole dish. Combine all other ingredients and add 1/2 that mixture to potatoes. Add the remaining potatoes and top with remaining mixture. Cover and bake at 350° for one hour, undercover and bake another 30-45 minutes.
