Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ pounds pork-chopped
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic-minced
  • 1 ½ teaspoons oregano
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • feta cheese
  • dill sauce
  • chopped cucumber
  • chopped tomatoes
  • chopped green bell pepper
  • pocket bread

Directions

Slice pork thin, marinate in the oil, lemon juice, mustard, garlic and spices. Refrigerate 1-6 hours. Drain pork and cook in skillet until pork is cooked. Serve with slotted spoon. Serve in pita bread and toppings.
