Ingredients
- 1 ¼ pounds pork-chopped
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 2 cloves garlic-minced
- 1 ½ teaspoons oregano
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- feta cheese
- dill sauce
- chopped cucumber
- chopped tomatoes
- chopped green bell pepper
- pocket bread
Directions
Slice pork thin, marinate in the oil, lemon juice, mustard, garlic and spices. Refrigerate 1-6 hours. Drain pork and cook in skillet until pork is cooked. Serve with slotted spoon. Serve in pita bread and toppings. |
