Ingredients

  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • ½ teaspoon rapid rise yeast
  • 1 ⅓ cups ice water
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1.5 teaspoons salt

Directions

Process flour, sugar, and yeast in processor about 2 seconds. With machine running, slowly add water; process until dough is combined, add additional 10 seconds. Let stand for 10 minutes. Add oil and salt to dough and process until it balls. Remove dough and knead for about one minute. Shape into ball and put into a greased bowl. Cover with wrap and refrigerate for 24 hours to 3 days.
