Ingredients

  • 4 skinless boneless chicken breast
  • cup Panko crumbs
  • cup Parmesan Cheese
  • Flour
  • 2 eggs-beaten
  • 4 slices mozzarella cheese

Directions

Pound the chicken breast to flatten. Season with salt and pepper. Dip in flour, egg and the Panko crumbs that has been mixed with the Parmesan Cheese. Fry in 2 tablespoons of olive oil on each side. Put in a 450° oven with the mozzarella cheese slice on each breast. Bake approximately 10 minutes.
