Ingredients
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 tablespoon grated orange peel
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch cubes
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 6 ounces crispy chow mein noodles
Directions
Mix together juice, zest, soy sauce, salt, garlic and brown sugar. Heat oil in wok. When oil is hot add chicken and cook until done, approximately 7-10 minutes. Add orange sauce to chicken and cook until sauce begins to bubble. Add flour, a bit at a time until thickened. Add bean sprouts and cook one minute. Serve over chow mein noodles. |
