Ingredients

  • 1 10 oz round angel food cake
  • 1 ½ cups whipping cream, whipped
  • 1 quart strawberries, sliced
  • 2 kiwi-peeled/chopped
  • 1 15.75 oz lemon pie filling

Directions

Cut cake horizontally into 3 layers. Place bottom piece on serving plate. Place lemon filling in bowl, stir until smooth. Fold in whipped cream. Spread lemon mixture between all layers and the top of the cake. Serve with the sliced fruit.
