Ingredients

  • 1 clove garlic-minced
  • ½ shallot-minced
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon fresh ground pepper
  • ½ teaspoon thyme
  • ½ teaspoon oregano
  • ¼ teaspoon basil-dry
  • ½ tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • ¼ cup white vinegar
  • cup extra-virgin olive oil

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a salad shaker, make at least one hour before using.
