Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic-minced
- ½ shallot-minced
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- ½ teaspoon thyme
- ½ teaspoon oregano
- ¼ teaspoon basil-dry
- ½ tablespoon lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons water
- ¼ cup white vinegar
- ⅓ cup extra-virgin olive oil

Combine all ingredients in a salad shaker, make at least one hour before using. |
