Ingredients

  • 1 large crushed pineapple in heavy syrup
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 2 eggs-beaten
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • butter
  • cinnamon

Directions

Combine pineapple, sugar, eggs and cornstarch and put into casserole dish. Dot with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon. Serve over warm ham slices.
