Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- ½ teaspoon hot pepper flakes
- ¼ teaspoon white pepper
- 1 pound green beans, trimmed
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons minced ginger
Directions
Mix together soy, vinegar, sugar, flakes, and pepper. Heat skillet over high heat. Add beans and 1/4 cup of water. Cover, stir once and cook 3-4 minutes. Uncover. Cook until water is gone. Add oil, garlic and ginger to pan, stir fry 1-2 minutes. Stir in soy mixture. Bring to boil, cook one to two minutes. Serve hot or cold. |
