Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups quick cooking oats
  • ½ cup ground flaxseed
  • ½ cup walnuts
  • ¼ cup sunflower seeds
  • ½ cup dried blueberries
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  • cup dried unsweetened coconut
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground allspice
  • 1 large egg
  • cup honey
  • ¼ cup oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ½ teaspoon almond extract

Directions

Mix all together. Put in 12 muffin cups, push down a bit. Bake at 350° for approximately 20 minutes.
