Ingredients
- 1.5 cups quick cooking oats
- ½ cup ground flaxseed
- ½ cup walnuts
- ¼ cup sunflower seeds
- ½ cup dried blueberries
- ½ cup dried cranberries
- ⅓ cup dried unsweetened coconut
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground allspice
- 1 large egg
- ⅔ cup honey
- ¼ cup oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ½ teaspoon almond extract
Directions
Mix all together. Put in 12 muffin cups, push down a bit. Bake at 350° for approximately 20 minutes. |
