Ingredients
- 8 oz fresh ginger root
- 4 cups water
- 2 cups sugar
- pinch of salt
Directions
Slice unpeeled ginger, and roughly cut again. Bring to boil, all the ingredients. Simmer for an hour. Cool and strain. Keeps in frig for at least two weeks. |
