Ingredients
- quart size ziploc bags
- eggs-large
- chopped bacon-cooked
- chopped ham
- cooked/crumbled sausage
- chopped onion
- chopped green bell pepper
- chopped onion
- chopped mushrooms
- shredded cheese
Directions
You will need 2 large eggs for each person. Have each person write their name on the ziploc bag in a sharpy marker. Crack 2 eggs into each bag. Reseal and either shake or crush gently until eggs are broken up and mixed. Reopen and add the fillings of your choice. Put the bags into a LARGE pot of boiling water for exactly 13 minutes. The omelet should roll out onto your plate. Enjoy! |
