Ingredients

  • quart size ziploc bags
  • eggs-large
  • chopped bacon-cooked
  • chopped ham
  • cooked/crumbled sausage
  • chopped onion
  • chopped green bell pepper
  • chopped onion
  • chopped mushrooms
  • shredded cheese

Directions

You will need 2 large eggs for each person. Have each person write their name on the ziploc bag in a sharpy marker. Crack 2 eggs into each bag. Reseal and either shake or crush gently until eggs are broken up and mixed. Reopen and add the fillings of your choice. Put the bags into a LARGE pot of boiling water for exactly 13 minutes. The omelet should roll out onto your plate. Enjoy!
