Ingredients
- 1 cup white rice
- 2 cups water
- ⅓ cup carrots-chopped
- ⅓ cup onion-chopped
- ⅓ cup edamime beans
- 1 egg
- 1-2 tablespoon oil
- soy sauce to taste
- sesame oil to taste
Directions
Blend the rice and water in rice cooker. Cook until done. Or bring water to boil, add rice, return to boil, over and simmer 15-20 minutes. Cool and fluff the rice. Boil the carrots in water 3-5 minutes to soften. Add edemame the one minute. Drain. Heat the oil in the wok, stir in carrots and onions. Saute for 1-2- minutes. Add beaten egg, continue to stir. Add rice and edemame. Season with soy sauce and oil. |
