Ingredients
- 3-4 beets, cooked or roasted
- 1 bunch broccoli rabe
- 2.5 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- ¼C + 2 table fresh lime juice
- 3 cloves garlic-minced
- ¼ cup cilantro-chopped
- ¼ cup white wine
- 1 pound white fish
Directions
1. Stir together fish sauce, sugar, 1/4 cup of the lime juice and cilantro. Let stand at room temperature. Marinate the fish in wine and remaining lime juice for 1/2 hour. |
2. Preheat oven to 400°. Bake fish in marinade 15 minutes or until done. While fish is baking, cook broccoli in boiling water for 3-4 minutes. Drain and add to chopped beets. Stir in sauce. Place on plates and top with fish. |
