Ingredients
- 2 quarts oil for frying
- 8 4 ounce pieces of cod
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons paparika
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons pepper
- 1 egg-beaten
- 12 ounces beer
Directions
Heat oil to 365°. Season cod. Mix dry ingredients, add egg and slowly add beer. Fry, turning once. |
