Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 large onion-chopped
- ¼ teaspoon garlic salt
- 12 flour tortillas 8 in
- 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
- 8 ounces Colby Cheese-shredded
- 38 ounces enchilada sauce
Directions
Brown beef and onion. Season with garlic salt. In skillet, fry tortillas in oil. Spoon some meat and cheese into the center and roll up the tortilla. Arrange them in an oblong pan. Pour sauce over the tortillas. Bake at 350° for 20-30 minutes. |
